Project Services Lead - Charlotte

MapAnything is looking for a Project Services Lead to join our amazing team! The mission of the Professional Services Team is to ensure customers purchasing our products that request/require additional functionality/capability not within the default product feature set - can attain those capabilities via customization.  We are looking for a client-focused, super-organized team member to fill this role.

 

As a Project Services Lead, you will focus on inbound services requests from existing customers, new customers  or prospects that need functionality that is not part of our default product offering. This role will oversee implementation for strategic accounts and intervening with at risk accounts, gathering data to drive improvement of the product, and  foster growth and depth within SI partnerships to ensure they are able to promote and implement MA Live to drive scalability of the platform. The position is on-site and located in Charlotte, NC.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers, vendors, and external partners to successfully roll out MapAnything extensions/custom work

  • Project manage the orchestration of qualification, scoping and documentation work being done

  • Identify / define project timeline for engagement

  • Understand full scope of engagement as well as resources required on Customer and Systems Integrator side

  • Establish cadence of communication with customers regarding system access, implementation status, roadblocks, timeline, etc.

  • Work with developers and customers to ensure requirements are being clearly communicated & documented

  • Manage Opportunity creation and Statement of Work processing and execution with clients

  • Coordinate internal resources with Integrators and business stakeholders to create process and implementation plans

  • Work with the Technical Documentation team to create / manage documentation for successful project execution (where appropriate).

  • Work with Solution Engineering teams and Professional Services teams in Pre and Post sales Solutioning

  • Establish a regular cadence with Product Management and Product Development to be aware of roadmap and be a main input to those organizations

 

Desired Attributes:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in a related field

  • 5 years experience in Project Management or related analyst role.

  • Knowledge and experience working with Salesforce.com

  • Knowledge and experience working with JIRA

  • Self-starter able to work in a team environment and individually without constant oversight

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

  • Eagerness to learn and support a new, growing product

  • Client service-oriented mindset

  • An individual who has a passion for technology and a knack for details
