Sr. Product Developer - Atlanta

MapAnything is currently seeking talented and experienced Product Developers to join our Atlanta tech team. As a Product Developer, you will work with a team of developers to build out new applications and upgrade existing software used by companies around the world. You’ll participate in initial product roadmapping, design discussions with the UI/UX team, and help turn well-researched ideas into tangible products. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the development team, product managers, C-level executives, and external stakeholders to build out enterprise mapping and sales analytics software features used by companies around the world

  • Build new products and upgrade existing features using JavaScript, CSS, Salesforce-related languages (Apex triggers, SOQL, Visualforce), HTML5, and various other technologies

  • Act as a key contributor in the design and development of high standard codes for features and product

  • Contribute in architecture/design discussions with development team members, product managers, UI/UX developers, and CTO

  • Work with the Product team to develop test plans, units test and manual/automation test for features and/or products

  • Validate quality of the code delivered through manual/automation test

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on writing codes to include front-end, back-end and database layers

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as they arise

  • Consistently provide expertise on product, quality and output

Required Attributes:

  • 6+ years of software engineering/development experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering , or a related technical field

  • Proven web application development experience using JavaScript, HTML and CSS

  • Prior Salesforce development experience (Object design, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL & SOSL, APIs) is a big plus, but not required

  • Prior ESRI or ServiceNow experience required

  • Experience utilizing developer tools and agile development methodology

  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner

  • Fun, creative personality with excellent written and verbal communication skills
