Account Executive - EMEA

MapAnything is currently seeking motivated, ambitious people to join our London, UK sales team. EMEA Account Executives leverage their superb MapAnything and Salesforce product knowledge to convert interested international customers into clients. This individual will generate sales through a combination of inbound and outbound lead generating activities and will be responsible for leading informative demonstrations of MapAnything software products and services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Outbound calling into accounts to create sales opportunities

  • Respond to inquiries that come in via telephone, email and website form to qualify sales leads and opportunities

  • Actively encourage demonstrations and trials of MapAnything software products

  • Document customer requests and needs, present appropriate selection of products and services and provide pricing as requested

  • Field and resolve customer sales requests in a timely and tactful manner

  • Document and track all potential and existing client interactions and lead follow-through using Salesforce

Desired Attributes:

  • 2-4  years of prior sales experience

  • Prior experience using Salesforce to manage your business is a core requirement to best interact with partners and customers

  • Self-starter, go-getter mindset who is capable of operating autonomously

  • Superb oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Bilingual: English & French or English & German

  • Demonstrated customer service abilities

  • London, UK-based preferable
