Solution Specialist, ServiceNow - Charlotte

MapAnything’s Solution Specialists build and manage company relationships with potential customers throughout the US. As a Solution Specialist, you are our boots-on-the-ground solution to build personal, face-to-face relationships with ServiceNow personnel and partners as well as current and potential customers.  Solution Specialists leverage their superb MapAnything and ServiceNow product knowledge to engage and build rapport across the ServiceNow ecosystem and manage sales cycles with their MapAnything sales peers. This is a dynamic, exciting, high energy and fast-paced environment with significant trajectory.

MapAnything is looking for a top tier Solution Specialist to join our team!
 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall business development, client engagement, and sales lifecycle of MapAnything’s SaaS products to ServiceNow partners, prospects and customers throughout the US

  • Conduct research, identify lead opportunities, and present sales strategies to MapAnything sales leadership team

  • Analyze and track all potential and existing client interactions and lead follow-through using Salesforce.com as our system of record

  • Execute detailed in-person product presentations and web demonstrations of MapAnything’s software capabilities to C-level executives, directors, and sales managers

  • Identify and utilize ServiceNow internal resources (Sales Operations, Sales Engineers, Client Success etc.) to build MapAnything brand awareness, assist in sales cycles, and close business deals
     

Desired Attributes:

  • Prior Sales experience running a “Solution Sales” or “Consultative Sales” process

  • Experience calling on accounts with small to large employee group

  • Excellent speaking and presentations skills combined with an impressive savviness for networking within complex business structures

  • Experience working in a matrixed organization

  • Creative thinking and versatility in sales approach

  • Superb writing skills and follow-through on internal and external communications

  • Individuals who self-start, go-get, and own their results who work autonomously and manage their time responsibly
     

Required Knowledge/Skills:

  • 3+ years of direct software sales experience

  • 3+ years experience selling SaaS solutions

  • Demonstrated connections in the ServiceNow ecosystem

  • Prior experience using Salesforce.com as a CRM to manage business
