Charlotte-Based Location of Things Software Platform Company MapAnything Raises $42.5 Million
Charlotte, North Carolina-based MapAnything is a Location of Things (LoT) software platform company that works with more than 2,100 global enterprises by combining location intelligence, route optimization, and integrated asset tracking.
Recently, MapAnything announced that it raised $42.5 million in Series C funding from new investors GM Ventures and Andrew Leto. Existing investors Salesforce Ventures, Greycroft, Harbert Growth Partners, and David Stern also participated in this round. Leto — who is the executive chairman at Emerge — is joining MapAnything’s board of directors in conjunction with this funding round.
