Dreamforce 2018: Stay #FitForDreamforce with Yoga and Barre Classes from MapAnything
Back by popular demand, we're offering yoga and barre again this year at Dreamforce! MapAnything is dedicated to helping you stay on top of your fitness goals while you stay educated at the conference. A fit body, mind and spirit make for a more productive individual and #GeoProductive professional.
So we have the what and where of your exercise regimen covered. All you need to do is register!

TRIBE encompasses complete health and wellness – a term coined by its founders to describe an all-around wellness approach to life and fitness. Its modality goes beyond a single form of training by emphasizing a balance of the mind, body, and spirit. It does this through utilizing Yoga concepts to enhance traditional fitness training programs like strength, conditioning, rowing, and core. TRIBE is truly a one-of-a-kind approach to living a balanced and healthy life.
All attendees will receive a MapAnything yoga mat!

The Dailey Method Downtown
Kick off your shoes, rock out to some fun music, relish the burn, and be a part of an awesome community. The Dailey Method is the fastest way to a strong, lean, sculpted body. They offer an ever-evolving mix of movements that offer extreme benefits from many different disciplines.
Each class begins with high rep movements in a very small range of motion, effectively toning, elongating, and isolating the muscles. Their core engagement exercises then emphasize the quest for ultimate alignment, learning to stabilize the muscles closest to the spine, and improving the natural, functional spine position.
All attendees will receive a one-of-a-kind MapAnything water bottle!
